I want to thank you for your patience and customer service in
my purchase of the Signature 3. You are right - it is amazing, and
has been a terrific addition to our home.
I called various other sauna manufacturers and their customer
service representatives were not knowledgeable in their products,
not willing to get answers to questions asked, and didn't follow
up with me as promised. Certainly they did not take the time
to "know" me as you did - and remember the "little
things" about me, like my $500.00 rule. Your professionalism
mixed with personality, combined with your deep knowledge of
the products of Sunlight Saunas cinched the deal.
As you know, I have Lupus and autoimmune vasculitis. Before
the sauna arrived, I couldn't close my fist without pain (and
really, couldn't get it completely closed at all), due to inflammation
and joint pain. After two weeks of daily use, I could close my
hand completely without pain. I bruise easily, and before the
sauna, bruises would last for months; after the sauna, they start
to recede after about a week. My skin looks better - even my
laugh lines are "gone"! My flare ups have been lessened,
and for the first time, my doctor (on this past Friday's visit)
didn't want to "up" my meds, because my pain is now
under control. The improvements have not been only physical -
my stress levels are down on the days I use the sauna. I am given
that peaceful quiet time, either reading or just relaxing in
the sauna. The heat is so soothing and calming... well, that "calm" carries
over into my entire day.
I have referred Sunlight Saunas (and you in particular) to many
friends and to a Lupus support group that has an online bulletin
board. I hope, for their sakes, that they call.
Even barring illness, I believe that every household should
have a Sunlight Sauna in it. The benefits are amazing, and the
difference in my everyday life is obvious to everyone around
me.

Dear Connie,
We have had our Signature 3 since July of this year. We absolutely
love it. Our customers are already falling in love with it. They
tell us their skin is softer and also those with complexion trouble
spots are seeing improvement. Of course, many of our ladies love
the burning the extra calories after their workouts. I have arthritis
and it helps me reduce the stiffness. Many of us are finding
that we are more relaxed after using it. We are glad that we
took the time to find what we believe is the best manufacturer
in the industry. We would love to refer clients to you. I can
also tell you that Aaron Heatherington is a great salesperson.
He spent a lot of time with us before we purchased the sauna
and has been wonderful in seeing that we receive great customer
service. I am on the left in the picture and my employee Maureen
Allen is pictured with me. She absolutely loves this unit. She
tells me all the time that it helps her to sell gym memberships

I have to tell you how beautiful my sauna is!!!! I could not be more pleased
with the craftsmanship, ease of putting it together and the styling of
it. It's all together and I will use it for the first time today. Thank

Good Morning Greg,
We got our sauna yesterday and my
sister came over and helped me to put it together. We
hauled it up 3 flights of stairs and put it up in about
2 hours. It was a snap. We got in it and cooked
for about 30 min. It is great. John got home
from a trip last night and got into it too. We love
the way it makes us feel while we were in it.
My sister wants to get one and will
be calling you on her lunch hour today. I wonder if you
have any brochures that I can show my friends. They
are going to want to see what it does and where they can

Please excuse the hundred years that it has taken for me to get back to you with feedback on the sauna. It arrived two days before my wife's birthday, and instead of being at work, she had decided to work a half day. No sooner had she parked then an 18-wheeler pulled up to the driveway. I helped the driver unload the boxes (while my wife looked on in befuddlement), and then told her happy birthday! Needless to say, she was thrilled! After getting some help to put the panels where they belonged, and a brief visit by our electrician, we were ready to hit the power button. I let Karen take the first sauna by herself. After a half hour inside, she took a quick shower and poured herself into bed. She was all smiles.
I have since used it, we've let the kids try it out during the warm up cycle (four minutes and they say- have a good time- goodbye!), and it's a real pleasure to use. CD or radio softly in the background isn't too shabby, either!
I can't thank you enough for all of your help during this process. Everything went smoothly (the trucking company even lets you see a scan of the bill of lading from California!). If you need a testimonial from a satisfied customer, please don't hesitate to ask!

I must say that at fist, I was skeptical about using the vendor for Far infrared saunas that was recommended by my franchiser. I have had lousy success with other vendors recommended by them before, and actually went to other companies before I reluctantly decided to at least give you a shot. I am glad I did. What I found was an eager, attentive sales rep. in Aaron who was honest in his recommendations when described my needs and responsive when delivering on his promises. I also found great quality at the best price of the several companies I looked at, and that was a welcomed surprise as I had already decided to buy from you after dealing with Aaron anyway.

You asked to know how the RA 2 delivery went...You said the order was shipped last Friday. I got a call from Roadway at 9 am Monday saying that boxes were waiting for a delivery appointment. (Not bad at all for a cross-country shipment!)
Because of meetings, I couldn't take delivery until Wednesday morning--the van was at my house by 9 a.m. and the delivery person brought the packages directly into the house. This was not an easy task because of some unexpected road construction on my street which forced him park across the road and wheel the packages across some heavy traffic. (One minor issue that I hadn't anticipated was that my road is posted against trucks over a certain weight limit, and the delivery van exceeded that. The driver was a bit nervous about that, but no cops, and no tickets...) He wouldn't even accept an offered tip. All in all, the delivery was very satisfactory and professional!
Now I have to figure out how to get the boxes upstairs for assembly--I think part by part is the best solution, given the size of the packages.

Thank you for the excellent construction of your Saunas. I researched quite a few companies and did the comparisons and I feel most happy I made the purchase with Sunlight Saunas™. I almost purchased from another company because of putting out some false advertisement. I called and talked to a representative from Sunlight Saunas™ and they were most helpful. I am just happy I did before I purchased a different one. The construction is beautiful on the Sunlight Sauna. The real glass (most other models are plastic), beautiful wood and the fit after putting it together is fantastic. My son said he had never put anything together that went so smoothly. Received my sauna Monday noon, when trucking company said. That's a good start you know. A neighbor and the driver managed it to the back, heavy, where I uncrated it. I uncrated it and moved the floor and sides into it's new home. Being somewhat handicapped I had to wait for help to put it together. This gave me time to read the instruction book several times. I have to admit to being a little confused, little illustrations are more difficult now a day, but when help arrived we had it up and running in less than two hours...we couldn't be happier with our purchase. It is not only a remarkable piece of equipment but a beautiful piece of furniture that I'm very proud to show off to one and all.

Infrared light is part of the Sun's invisible
