In early august I visited my doctor for control of my cholesterol. She was very worried over my results, since I am not that old, at only 34 years of age.

After using the sauna for 30 days on the maximum 9-9 setting, I went back for a new test. When the doctor saw the results she could not believe her eyes. I told her that I had not taken the medicine she prescribed, only used the Solo® Sauna. The triglycerides are down from 393 mg/dl to 164 mg/dl (normal= 40-175)

She was impressed.

Now we can't wait to see what happens to the results after 30 more days in the Solo® sauna.

My husband and I are very pleased with our far infrared Sunlight Sauna. My husband's poor circulation improved significantly after the first week of using it, daily. After the second week, his chronic sinus inflammation lessened, as well as annoying headaches. In less than 30 days, his cholesterol and blood pressure readings were down, as well. Dear Sunlight Saunas™;

I love the nice clean smell of my Phoenix sauna.

I am 56 years old and have always had high triglycerides. My dad was a chiropractor and said it was genetic. Dad's triglycerides were high and he couldn't get his down. After using my sauna 5 times a week for 8 weeks I had a blood test. My triglycerides went from 163 to 67. My cholesterol went from 161 to 145. My LDL's went from 59 to 61 and my HDL's went from 69 to 71.

As an extra benefit, I also lost 6 pounds and dropped almost 2 sizes. I used to wear a tight size 16 and now I am at a loose size 14.

Initial impression of the Solo® and Solo® Pad-OUTSTANDING!!. I did my normal anaerobic exercise and before the last rep I set the Solo® to 55, and the pad to medium for 25 minutes. I slid into it at 20 minutes and it was nice and toasty. I had the towel that came with the Solo System® down and wanted more heat so I increased the pad to high. At 10 minutes I just felt toasty. At 15 minutes I started to sweat. At 20 minutes I added 5 more minutes and had a good sweat going. At 25 minutes I set the Solo® to 33 and reduced the pad to low for a slow burn down. It was GREAT! I drank a quart of water before using the system. Simply wonderful. I love it!. I am about the limit for size for fitting into it. I draped the Solo® curtains over my shoulder and my neck and head were out. It was fine but I wouldn't recommend anyone much taller or larger. My wife and boys are excited to use it too.

I HIGHLY recommend this product and would possibly be interested in selling this product. Please give me a call on this. Not sure if it is appropriate or not but would like to discuss. I will call you about the terry cloth towels but I want to talk to my wife first. Have any potential customer call me for a strong reference. I guarantee one new customer will be my father. He is coming up for Christmas and I suspect when he gets back home he will place an order for the Solo®. I was mildly sweating (even after a shower) for about an hour and it is only 68 in the house and the snow is falling as I write this. Please tell the owner of the company that this is a WONDERFUL product and thanks for designing it.
